We are currently experiencing a severe housing crisis; inflation of the price for services, rent and housing prices climbing ever higher with each day with no sign of stopping. This is forcing people out of their homes, tearing them away from the city they perhaps grew up in, and Oxford is one of the least affordable cities to currently live in the UK.

This project aims to provide necessary, genuinely affordable housing to the low and very-low income bracket as well as provide artist studios. The housing will be managed by a Community-based Housing Association and the studios will become part of the Office Depot adaptive reuse scheme.
